Relevant information is not held to answer these questions.
The 2011 census report gives the distribution of dwellings by size and type, and also (see page 19-20) distribution of vacant dwellings by size and type. For half of the vacant properties, a reason was given as to why they were vacant: and for 23% of these the reason given was ‘second home / holiday home’.
