Request
I would like the names of the States members with voting powers who attended the meeting at which Overdale was selected.
Response
The information is exempt from disclosure as it is already in the public domain.
The minutes of States Assembly meetings indicate whether elected States Members were absent from the roll call at the start of a meeting and, if so, whether they subsequently attended the meeting during the course of the day. Whether an elected States Member was present for the vote on any given proposition is shown through the publication of the Assembly’s voting records on the States Assembly website.
The minutes of the meeting held on 17 November 2020 and the results of the votes on the relevant propositions that were debated and adopted that day (namely ‘Our Hospital Site Selection: Overdale’ (P.123/2020) and ‘Our Hospital Project: acquisition of land for the new hospital at Overdale’ (P.129/2020)) may be found on the following pages:

Vote on ‘Our Hospital Project: acquisition of land for the new hospital at Overdale’ (P.129/2020)
