Deaths within 28 days of a Covid-19 vaccination - March and April 2021 (FOI)

I understand that between 13 December 2020 and the end of March 2021, 55 people have died within 28 days of the first dose of COVID Vaccination and a further 16 people died within 28 days of their second dose.

Please can I further request,

A

An update to include any further deaths within 28 days of a Covid-19 vaccination after the end of March 2021 until the end of April 2021

B

A breakdown of the age of all individuals who have died within 28 days of a COVID vaccination (until the end of April 2021). Ages can be stated as ages 0-10,11-20, 21-30 and so on.

Based on deaths currently registered as having occurred in April 2021. There have been 2 deaths which occurred within 28 days of the first dose of the vaccine and 12 occurred within 28 days of a second dose. It is worth noting that the roll-out of second doses began in mid-March and second doses were the majority of doses given until mid-April.

Ages of the total deaths occurring within 28 days of first and second doses between 13 December and 30 April 2021 are as follows:

To date there have been no deaths registered with any narrative referring to complications due to the COVID-19 vaccine.
