On 30 April 2021, the commissioner for standards issued a report into an investigation he had carried out into Senator Kristina Moore.
The report references an initial letter of complaint made by the Chief Minister and a 22-page response from Senator Moore. However, neither is attached to the appendices of the commissioner's report.
Please release both the Chief Minister's letter and Senator Moore's response.

The information is exempt from disclosure as it is already in the public domain.
The Privileges and Procedures Committee has presented the two items of correspondence to the States as an appendix to the report of the Commissioner for Standards.

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge.
(2) A scheduled public authority that refuses an application for information on this ground must make reasonable efforts to inform the applicant where the applicant may obtain the information.
