Contract quality assurance is delivered through ongoing monitoring by the following internal groups:

TJ Operational Board

Meets fortnightly. The group is drawn from both internal teams and key partner representatives to monitor week-to-week implementation of the contracted programme, respond to issues arising, considering, recommending and implementing any agreed programme adjustments.

TJ Commercial Group

Meets every six weeks. An expert oversight group responsible for monitoring programme delivery against contracted deliverables and spend against established budget, escalating any concerns for consideration by one or both other TJ monitoring groups.

TJ Programme Board

Meets every six weeks. A senior oversight group consisting of senior leaders from across the organisation with responsibility for monitoring programme performance against established key performance indicators and agreeing any proposed changes required to keep the programme on track.

C

Participants complete an evaluation form at the end of each TJ workshop, which contains both structured questions and freeform opportunities to comment on their experience and the quality of the training. The TJ Operational Board (referred to above) regularly reviews aggregated evaluation data along with specific comments and acts to address any quality issues.

D

The TJ Programme Board reports to the Executive Leadership Team. The Senior Reporting Officer, Chief Operating Office (COO), is a Programme Board member and member of the Executive Leadership Team and has overall accountability for the delivery of the programme. The Chief Operating Officer reports to the Chief Executive Officer, and ultimately, the responsibility for training employees, including the Team Jersey Programme, is the States Employment Board.
