Influenza vaccines are administered in a programme which straddles years, commencing late September and completed in the following March. Data is available on the number of vaccinations administered in each of these ‘flu seasons’, commencing in 2017 when the pharmacy service was launched. The data below shows the number of vaccinations undertaken by Jersey community pharmacies which were commissioned and funded under a contract under the Health Insurance Law, excluding any vaccinations which were undertaken privately with individuals or where pharmacies contracted with employers to vaccinate their staff.

Four Medicine Use Reviews were undertaken in the diabetes ancillaries service during 2019 (the service launched in November 2019) and 74 were undertaken during 2020.

In 2019, 321 people with diabetes were registered on the diabetes ancillaries service. In 2020 1,579 people were registered.
