Please supply the names of all disclosed contributors of electoral expenses of all successful Senatorial candidates in the 2018 States Assembly elections

Disclose which of these filed their expense forms with the States Greffe on or before the date required by statute.

Information in response to this request is declined. Information is absolutely exempt under Article 29(a) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011, because its disclosure in response to a Freedom of Information request is prohibited by or under an enactment. In particular the information must only be disclosed as prescribed by Article 16 of the Public Elections (Expenditure and Donations) (Jersey) Law 2014 (jerseylaw.je), which states:

16 Greffier to make declarations available for inspection

The Greffier shall make declarations received by him or her under this Law available for inspection, free of charge, at the offices of the Judicial Greffe, during normal working hours.

Anyone who wishes to inspect declarations received by the Judicial Greffier should make contact with the Judicial Greffe to make arrangements on telephone 01534 441300 or by email to jgreffe@courts.je. Information is absolutely exempt information if the disclosure of the information by the scheduled public authority holding it –

(a) is prohibited by or under an enactment;

(b) is incompatible with a European Union or an international obligation that applies to Jersey; or

(c) would constitute or be punishable as a contempt of court.
