Locum spend on doctors for past financial year (FOI)

I would like to request information on the trust agency locum spend for the past financial year.

Please could you provide me the locum spend for doctors only. It would be helpful if you could break it down into each specialty and then further into each grade (SHO, Registrar, Consultant).

Response

The total locum spend for doctors is £1,487,700.

We are unable to break it down into speciality / grade as this is deemed to be commercially sensitive.

Exemption(s)

Article 33 (b) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 allows an authority to refuse a request for information where its disclosure would, or would be likely to, prejudice the commercial interests of a person (including the scheduled public authority holding the information).
