Please can you advise how the work on the St Peters cycle and footpath was paid for and whether or not any funding was received from outside the Government of Jersey?
Response
The St Peter’s valley cycle and footpath was primarily a Government of Jersey funded project, with a contribution from Granite Products Ltd. This was in accordance with a Planning Obligation Agreement associated with planning application reference P/2012/0121 for an inert waste recycling facility at La Gigoulande Quarry.

Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has therefore been applied.
