On the 20 March 2018 the JEP and the Bailiwick Express reported a letter sent by the then Environment Minister, Deputy Steve Luce to "States Members."

The article reported that, "Deputy Luce issued the letter ahead of a States debate this week where Members will be asked to vote on whether a committee of inquiry into the circumstances which led to the relationship breaking down should be set up."

Please can you provide a copy of that letter or direct me to where it is publicly available.

We attach a copy of the statement that Deputy Luce sent to the States Members prior to the decision to set up the Committee of Inquiry in relation to the lifeboat dispute.
