What Cycle Threshold value has been used for Jerseys PCR tests since testing began and what value will be used for arriving passengers from the 2 November that require a PCR test.
Response
The cycle rates have remained constant throughout - 40 cycles for OpenCell Altona and 45 cycles for the Hospital PCR assay. Information is publicly available on www.gov.je in response to a previous Freedom of Information request. Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 therefore applies.

This was not changed from 2 November 2021 for arriving passengers that require a PCR test.
