Request
A
I would like to know how many times the Police have been called to Elizabeth Terminal to deal with incidents involving sea passengers in the years 2017, 2018 and 2019, including the number of requests per operator.
B
I would like the corresponding data for airline passengers using the airport.
I refer to a previous FOI request in 2017 and - to allow comparison over time and between modes - I would be satisfied with data presented in both cases in similar table to that request:

We are aware that there is a discrepancy between the number of 2017 incidents recorded in this release when compared with the earlier release in November 2017:

In order to produce this report, an electronic search of incident records was conducted on 15 November 2021, using the search terms “airport”, “Elizabeth Terminal” and “harbour”. In excess of 400 incident records were returned, which then required a manual search for “passenger”. Please also note that these figures include (in very limited instances) incidents that have been resolved over the telephone without physical attendance by an officer.
