The very small numbers involved mean that full disclosure would likely permit wider colleagues to learn of the exact nature of the allegations. Colleagues are either aware of the identities of the officers or the nature of the complaint, but not both. These details remain confidential to protect the privacy of those involved (including alleged victims), and as such Article 25(2) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) 2011 has been applied.
