Minutes for the States Assembly meeting of 5 November 2013 (FOI)

In the Hansard Minutes for the States Assembly meeting of 5 November 2013, on the subject of the Taxation (Exchange of Information with Third Countries) (Amendment No
7) (Jersey) Regulations there is reference to a States briefing prior to the Half Term break. I would be grateful to receive a copy of any briefing paper provided in respect of that meeting, and any available minutes or notes of the briefing meeting.

We do not hold information that you have requested as no papers were produced for the briefing other than the report and proposition P132/2013 which contains an explanation of why the amendment to the regulations was required. 

Further explanation was given orally at the briefing meeting both by way of introduction and in the answers given to questions raised by states members. 

States members briefings are not minuted.
