The results of the public consultation on the Havre des Pas traffic calming measures have now been published.
The report on the consultation says (at par 4.4) 'The location, number and design of the crossings will be subject to further scrutiny and a full Road Safety Audit process'.

It is assumed that the 'Road Safety Audit Process' will have been documented in some way - may I please have a copy of that documentation and details of people involved in the process (I understand that you will not be able to give names, their roles will suffice)

Can I please have a summary timeline showing key dates in the process - the end of the consultation, the completion of the report on the consultation by WSP, date of publication of the report on the consultation on gov.je, dates of further key meetings and discussions, date of the completion of the 'Road Safety Audit Process', dates of discussions and meeting relating to any subsequent amendments to the proposals, date of approval of the final plans and date of appointment of contractors to undertake the work.

All projects carried out by the Operations and Transport Group, of Infrastructure, Housing and Environment follow a project design and development process.
Following consultation, completion of feasibility and outline design investigations took place. These included:
- proximity to bus stops, adjacent accesses, known development sites, drainage etc.
- proposed length and height of the raised table/junction features
- review of the various design specifics including:
- existing ground level modelling
- table level design and level modelling
- detailed drainage design
- structural details
- integration into resurfacing project
- contract preparation
- specification preparation
- outline programme preparation
- health and safety file preparation.

Road Safety Audit Policy
The Road Safety Audit (RSA) in relation to the original traffic calming scheme dated November 2021
February 2022 revised RSA following amendments to the scheme.
The Government of Jersey's Highway Team work in accordance with the Road Safety Audit Policy provided, and project management governance procedures tailored to highway projects.

Articles applied
Article 23 - Information accessible to applicant by other means
(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge.
(2) A scheduled public authority that refuses an application for information on this ground must make reasonable efforts to inform the applicant where the applicant may obtain the information.
Article 25 - Personal information
(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018.
(2) Information is absolutely exempt information if – (a) it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018; and (b) its supply to a member of the public would contravene any of the data protection principles, as defined in that Law.
(3) In determining for the purposes of this Article whether the lawfulness principle in Article 8(1)(a) of the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 would be contravened by the disclosure of information, paragraph 5(1) of Schedule 2 to that Law (legitimate interests) is to be read as if sub-paragraph (b) (which disapplies the provision where the controller is a public authority) were omitted.
