In relation to the States of Jersey fisheries and environment department.

Do French foreign vessels fishing commercially in Jersey territorial waters submit catch returns to the States of Jersey fisheries department and all relevant on island department?

If catch returns are submitted to the States of Jersey fisheries department and all relevant on island departments how many catch returns have been submitted from the 01 January 2021 to 04 February 2022

C

How often do the catch returns have to be submitted by foreign vessels to the States of Jersey fisheries department and all relevant on island departments?

D

If catch returns are not submitted to the States of Jersey fisheries department and all relevant on island departments then why not and why is it not being enforced?

Marine Resources have received 669 catch return log sheets from 55 separate French vessels between 01 January 2021 and 04 February.

Not applicable as catch returns are submitted as required.
