Properties with rights to the Royal Jersey Golf Club (FOI)

Please provide a detailed list of all properties registered in the island that obtain / have rights to membership (of any sort) to the Royal Jersey Golf Club.

A list of properties as requested is not maintained and therefore not held. Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

Please note contracts held at the Public Registry are publicly available. It is therefore open to anyone to read any contract and determine if it provides for any rights to membership of the Royal Jersey Golf Club.

Article 3 - Meaning of "information held by a public authority"

For the purposes of this Law, information is held by a public authority if –

(a)     it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or

(b)     it is held by another person on behalf of the authority.
