In the States debate on the Bridging Island Plan on 15 March 2022, the Minister for the Environment stated that since the last Island Plan we have lost 17 listed buildings.
Please can you provide details of all the listed buildings lost or demolished since the 2011 Island Plan was adopted.

The attached spreadsheet details the Listed buildings that have been granted planning permission for demolition in full or in part during the time of the adopted 2011 Island Plan.

The Historic Environment team manually collect the following information to enable them to maintain their records regarding the demolition of Listed buildings and their spreadsheet was last updated in March 2022:
- The date when the planning applications to demolish the Listed buildings were approved
- The date when the actual demolitions commenced.
The following complete and partial demolitions have been completed during the period requested.
- 22 complete demolitions
- 5 partial demolitions where the facades were retained.
It should be noted some of the buildings shown on the spreadsheet have not yet been demolished despite receiving approval.
