BIAN

The Bureau des Îles Anglo Normandes opened on 1 June 2014 to promote the interests of the Channel Islands in France.

Located in Caen, its mission is to promote and facilitate political, economic, cultural, educational and operational links with the French government and its institutions at departmental, regional and national levels.

London

The Government of Jersey London Office, established in September 2013, is intended to support ministers and all government departments in their interactions with the UK government, parliamentarians, the diplomatic and business communities and wider UK society.

The office plays a lead role in ensuring that Jersey’s position is known and understood by decision makers and commentators throughout the UK, in defending the Island’s interests and in assisting colleagues to attract visitors and inward investment.

It is also intended to be a point of contact for the Jersey community in the UK.

Brussels

CIBO was opened in 2011 to promote the interests of the Channel Islands in Europe, to represent the Governments and public authorities of the Channel Islands to the EU institutions, and to advise Guernsey and Jersey on EU policy issues.

We have also provided a link below to the Minister for External Relations ministerial report from September 2013 to January 2015 which you may find helpful.
