Jersey sport travel grants (FOI)

I would like to know information regarding Jersey sport travel grants.

The information I require is as follows:

A

A list of all the sports organisations who's members benefitted from a travel grant from January 2020 to current dates.
B

The amount each organisation received for each year from January 2020 to date.
C

The number of trips each year each year each organisation claimed for from 2020 to date.
D

The amount available to grant vs yearly total Jersey sport gave in grants yearly from 2020 to date.

Response

The Government of Jersey does not hold the information requested as Jersey Sport does not fall under the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011, therefore Article 3 applies.

Article 3 - Meaning of "information held by a public authority"

For the purposes of this Law, information is held by a public authority if –

(a) it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or

(b) it is held by another person on behalf of the authority
