Lieutenant Governor's expenses (FOI)

Request 

Please could you provide a breakdown of expenses or costs charged to the States of Jersey from the Lieutenant Governor's office for the last three years?

As the Lieutenant Governor's office is not covered under the Freedom of Information Act, this request would be directed at the Public Accounts Committee.

Response 

The breakdown of information requested is not held by either the Government of Jersey or the Public Accounts Committee. Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

For the purposes of this Law, information is held by a public authority if –

(a) it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or

(b) it is held by another person on behalf of the authority.
