Please provide details of any Ministerial decisions taken since January 2013 (inclusive) to suspend, stop or delay the uprating (or similar RPI-linked increase) of Medical Benefits to Community Pharmacy and General Practice permitted under the Health Insurance (Jersey) Law 1967 and the reasons given for doing so, that until 2012 had been reviewed annually. Thank you.
