Request
Can I request the following, (to cover time period June 2018 to present date):
A
Any email or other records of communication between public sector employees and/or politicians regarding lack of air conditioning and the temperature/heat at Orchard House and/or its impact on staff and patients. Suggested keywords to search for should include "air conditioning; ventilation, high temperatures".
I am happy for the search to be limited to the Health Ministers and Assistant Ministers (current and previous government) for politicians. Regarding the public sector employees, however, can the search include the email accounts of those holding the positions of Director General for Health and the Director of Mental Health for the period requested.
Response
Emails sent and received by the States members and employees holding the positions, as outlined in the request have been gathered using keyword searches.
Whilst every effort has been made to complete a review of all emails in scope, this work has now reached the threshold for the timescales prescribed in the Freedom of Information (Costs) (Jersey) Regulations 2014. Therefore, Article 16 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied and no further search can be conducted.
No emails meeting the search criteria have been found in the time allowed.
