Please could you inform me of who owns the land which is used for all the car parks at Highlands College. Area of interest highlighted in yellow.
Is it Jersey Property Holdings or a public car park?

Response
The Public of the Island own the land used by Highlands College for their three car parks.
However, it should be noted that Highlands College are responsible for the day-to-day management of these car parks and restrict the issue of parking permits to those using the College.
