Can you please let me know the following in regards to the Kosangas plant at Les Ruettes, St John:

A

Is an emergency plan held by the States of Jersey emergency services? 

B

Have residents living in vicinity been informed of what they should do/where they should go in the event of an emergency? 

C

Do Kosangas regularly test their alarms?  

D

Have nearby residents been made aware of what the emergency alarm sounds like?

Do the States of Jersey keep up to date records of the number of people living in nearby properties?

The States of Jersey Fire and Rescue Service hold a ‘Site Risk Information’ plan. This is an operational aide that details the initial actions and considerations to take on arrival at an incident at this location.

Information is not held by the Government of Jersey. Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

E

The States of Jersey does not keep up to date records of the number of people living in nearby properties.

(a)     it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or
