Driving offences (FOI)

Request

Under Freedom of Information (Jersey) legislation, could I request the following information. In order to assist you with this request, I am outlining my query as specifically as possible. If, however, this request is too wide or too unclear then I would be grateful if you could contact me, as I understand that it is advised you assist requesters where possible.

I am seeking the following in electronic form:

1. The 5 highest vehicle speeds recorded and whereabouts in Jersey, from January 2013 up to and including the date of your response.
2. The top 5 Jersey streets (or roads / areas) with the most recorded accidents from January 2013 up to and including the date of your response.
3. The age and gender of the 5 youngest drink drivers in Jersey in the last decade and the location of their offence.
4. The number of drink driving offences in Jersey in 2015, compared to 2014.

The location of the offences will not be provided as this may aid the identification of the drivers. This would be sensitive personal data and as such is exempt from disclosure under Art 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011.
