The States of Jersey Police does not, either directly or through a contractor, provide canteen products to staff working at Police Headquarters.  

Please see attached spreadsheet for prison products and prices. This is the same for staff and inmates.

A four-week menu is available for prisoners. An example menu is attached. The prison also caters for medical, religious or other special dietary requirements. Breakfast is served on the wings and consists of cereals, toast, bread. Organic products grown at the prison are used where possible.

Investigations took place following the fire in the prison on 21 January 2022. Once all investigations were completed Iain Mcinnes BSc MRICS, Director Building & Project Consultancy was appointed to project manage and coordinate the works liaising directly with the prison. 

Works will commence on 20 March 2023 lasting for approximately 26 weeks.
