Please provide copies all all emails between Caroline Landon, Rose Naylor, Patrick Armstrong, Claire Thompson, Rob Sainsbury, Becky Sherrington, Rebecca Sherrington, Deputy Jonathan Renouf and Deputy Karen Wilson between June 2022 to date which mention the words "inspection", "Care Quality Commission", "CQC", "standards", "special measures", "JCC" and the "Jersey Care Commission".
Response
The request criteria of seven keywords, phrases, across the email accounts of all named individuals returned a significant volume of correspondence. In line with the duty of a Scheduled Public Authority to advise and assist, to ensure the most comprehensive response possible could be provided within the time cost limits allowed for Freedom of Information requests, the search was refined to keyword searches of email subject fields. The in-scope email correspondence identified is attached.
Correspondence has been redacted for the purpose of applying exemptions in line with Freedom of Information legislation.
Article 25 (Personal Information) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied to protect the privacy of individuals and redactions based on this exemption can be seen in yellow.

Article 23 - Information accessible to applicant by other means
(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge.
(2) A scheduled public authority that refuses an application for information on this ground must make reasonable efforts to inform the applicant where the applicant may obtain the information.
Article 25 - Personal information
(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018.
(2) Information is absolutely exempt information if –
(a) it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018; and
(b) its supply to a member of the public would contravene any of the data protection principles, as defined in that Law.
