Request

Please provide a list of post holders, including their names and how long they have been in that position, in HCS, by Departments, including HCS Management Departments, as of 1st February 2023. The information that is required is only for everybody in all HCS Management Departments and not Nurses, Doctors or Surgeons etc,

Response

Health and Community Services (HCS) do not have dedicated ‘management departments’. It is a predominantly clinically-led organisation, with many teams led or managed by doctors, nurses and Allied Health Professionals, as relevant to the service area. Non-clinical management forms circa 1.5% of the total HCS workforce.

The following 25 roles all hold managerial responsibility, either as Executive Directors (many of whom are clinically qualified), or in roles that do not require clinical qualification or clinical activity. Government of Jersey employees below the level of Tier 1 and 2 (equivalent to Director Level) are protected from identification for the purposes of Freedom of Information disclosure, and therefore, Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
