Request
A publication by the JCRA of a Merger Application Form, dated 3 November 2022, included a statement from the owner of Airtel-Vodafone that there had been a "strategic decision by Bharti [Airtel-Vodafone's 100% owner] to withdraw from its Channel Islands operations" (see paragraph 3 of attached file).
In the last 12 months, was there any communication with the Chief Minister or Minister for Economic Development, Tourism, Sport and Culture or Assistant Ministers from Airtel-Vodafone's owner in relation to its decision?
