Please advise which Government of Jersey projects have been awarded to off-Island architectural practices, in the same way as the Victim Advocacy Centre was, during the last ten years.

How many were granted exemptions under the Public Finance Manual? Please give examples of the rationale behind each exemption.

In each case, please advise what their construction development values, project names and dates were.

This information is not held by the Government of Jersey as no records are kept of which suppliers are architects. Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
