Please advise where the meat provided for Government of Jersey schools' lunches is sourced.

Response

Food provided at Government of Jersey schools is outsourced and provided by external contractors called Flourish. Therefore, Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

Except for Jersey College for Girls who purchase their meat from two companies, La Collette cold store and Cimandis.
