The New Enid Quenault centre web page states:
"Route 12A operates every hour from St Helier to Corbiere from September to mid-May and every 30 minutes between mid May and August. The route currently stops at Le Clos des Sables. The route will be diverting in future to stop at the centre."
Please advise of the following:-
A
At which date it is estimated that the route will be diverting to the centre?
B
Will the route go there only on one leg of the journey, for example inbound towards Corbiere, or both legs?
C
How much waiting room is available at the centre, given that the 12A in winter only runs once an hour, and patients will need to get there and wait before appointments, and wait after appointments for the next bus?
Response
A
The change to the 12a route came into effect on 4 September 2023.
B
The bus will stop at the Enid Quenault Health and Wellbeing Centre both on the outbound route to Corbiere, and on the inbound route to St Helier.
C
There are 40 seats in the main waiting room of the Enid Quenault Health and Wellbeing Centre, with additional seating throughout the building, adjacent to clinic rooms.
There is also an on-site café with 32 seats available.
