Number of teachers off sick with anxiety/stress/depression for 2014/5
B
Number of teachers off sick for other reason for 2014/5.
C
Number of sick days lost for the three illnesses in 2014/5.
D
Number of sick days taken by teachers in total in 2014/5.
Response
Firstly, within the States of Jersey HRIS (Human Resources Information System) all anxiety, stress and depression absence comes under one code “Anxiety, Stress and Depression.” All figures exclude the following:
- zero hour staff
- educational supply
- lecturers

The below table shows the number of teachers who were off sick as a result of anxiety, stress and depression for the years 2014 and 2015, by year.
