I refer to a previous FOI request (published 21 September 2023) which was "exempt.... as this project currently remains policy under development". This project has now been decided upon and presented to the public at a Parish meeting on 12 October, so therefore please can you provide the following information:

Please provide a complete record including content of all emails received by the Infrastructure Minister Deputy Tom Binet in relation to the Trinity Village Improvement Scheme (to include any reference to Trinity) between 1 June 2023 and 17 October 2023.

B

Please provide a complete record including content of all emails sent by the Infrastructure Minister Deputy Tom Binet in relation to the Trinity Village Improvement Scheme between 1 June 2023 and 17 October 2023

Article 25 - Personal information 

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005.  

(2) Information is absolutely exempt information if –  

(a) it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005; and  

(b) its supply to a member of the public would contravene any of the data protection principles, as defined in that Law.
