Response

Details of businesses that have taken on leases in the IFC buildings are registered with the Royal Court. Once the contract is passed before the Royal Court the details will be made available on the Public Registry Index and Document Enrolment (“PRIDE”) by the following Thursday. Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.

The PRIDE system can be accessed either at the Judicial Greffe Public Registry, in the basement of the States Building, or at the Jersey Archive, Clarence Road.

Contact details for the Judicial Greffe can be found at the following link:

The information relating to how long the lessee businesses have been operating in Jersey is not held by the Government of Jersey, therefore Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
