Please advise the referral date and seen date of all patients seen by Dermatology subsequent to beginning of March 2023, including those referred prior to March 2023.
Additionally, please advise the referral date of any patient referred subsequent to beginning of March 2023 who is waiting to be seen.

Please see the attached tables for the information requested. Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied to protect the personal information of individuals, and data has been pseudonymised with a referral ID in place of any personal identifier.
Table 1 details the appointment date and referral date for all patients attending a first Dermatology outpatient appointment between 1 March 2023 and 31 December 2023.

Table 2 details all referrals received between 1 March 2023 and 31 December 2023. The date each referral was received by Health and Community Services is shown under the ‘Date of Referral’ heading. The appointment status is provided, and where patients have been seen or an appointment has been booked, the appointment date is shown. Referrals pending appointment booking as of 31 December 2023 will show the appointment status as ‘TBC’ (To Be Confirmed).

Patients who Did Not Attend (DNA) or cancel their appointment but still require treatment will continue to show as waiting, with an appointment status of either ‘Appointment Booked’ or ‘Awaiting Appointment’.
Please note that data is as at 31 December 2023. Any patient who was booked to attend in 2024 at this time will have an appointment status of ‘Appointment Booked’ recorded against the referral ID, even where they have subsequently attended a first Dermatology outpatient appointment between 01 January 2024 and the date of this response being issued.

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018.
(2) Information is absolutely exempt information if –
(a) it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018; and
(b) its supply to a member of the public would contravene any of the data protection principles, as defined in that Law.
