A (part 2)
Between 2019 and 2023, a total of nine individuals were requested to attend a Parish Hall Enquiry (PHE) rather than court. Eight of these offences related to cruelty or neglect. Due to the small numbers, details of the single remaining case, and a year by year breakdown of the cruelty or neglect cases are being withheld to prevent possible identification of the individuals concerned and Article 25(2) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.
