Health and Community Services (HCS) facilities or services for those with dementia:
- Memory Assessment Service
- Beech Ward
- Dementia Day Care Service (previously The Willows)
HCS teams and departments offering services relating to dementia as part of a wider service offer:
- Older Adult Community Mental Health Team
- Mental Health Hospital Liaison – Adult Mental Health and Older Adult Mental Health
- Primary Care Mental Health
- Adult Social Care
- Adult Social Care Day Services
- Capacity and Liberty Assessment Team
- Rapid Response and Reablement
The costs of the dedicated dementia care services (Memory Assessment Service, Beech Ward, and Dementia Day Care Service) total is £1,112,663.35 for 2023, including staff and operational costs.
The HCS commissioned spend (for external service provision) is £35,124.
It is not possible to quantify and apportion costs relating to service provision or use by those with dementia for any services that are not exclusive to dementia care.
