How many parking fines have been issued to vehicles parked along the yellow line on Les Vaux New Road (which sits in both St Saviour and St Helier) over the last 12 months, broken down by month?

The requested information is not held by the Government of Jersey since Les Vaux New Road is a parish road, therefore, Article 10 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
