States of Jersey Police officers do, on occasion, go on secondment to other forces.

In 2021, one senior officer spent two weeks with the Metropolitan Police Specialist Crime Command as part of that officer’s continuous professional development.
In 2022, 10 States of Jersey Police Officers assisted the Metropolitan Police with security for Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral.
In 2023, four States of Jersey Police Officers assisted the Metropolitan Police with security for King Charles III’s Coronation.
