Please advise the total cost to the Jersey taxpayers for the initial build of the premises, and the total cost of renovations and upkeep to the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) building at 14-18 Castle Street St Helier.

If the building is rented, please confirm the cost to Jersey taxpayers and landlord.

Please advise how much in total was spent on training in each of last five years by the JFSC.

D

How much in total was spent on equipment, both software and hardware, in each of last five years by the Jersey Financial Services Commission?

Please confirm how much was spent on recruiting Alan Ainsworth as Executive Director of Policy, Innovation, Marketing, and Communications at the JFSC.  

F

How much will Mr Ainsworth be paid and will he be based in Jersey?  If not, how many days will be required to spend in the island? 

G

Is Mr Ainsworth relocating to the island and, if so, what are the details of his package? 

H

Will Mr Ainsworth be permitted to have other non-executive directorships? If so, which ones and how much time commitment is he permitted to give to them?

The Jersey Financial Services Commission is not a Scheduled Public Authority under the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011, therefore, not subject to Freedom of information Legislation.  

The information requested is not held by the Government of Jersey, therefore, Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

For the purposes of this Law, information is held by a public authority if –

(a)     it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or

(b)     it is held by another person on behalf of the authority.
