Email correspondence relating to Royal College of Radiologists (FOI)

Please provide a copy of all internal Government of Jersey email correspondence between Health Minister Tom Binet and senior officials at the health department between 13 May 2024, and 24 May 2024, that relates to, or mentions a report conducted by the Royal College of Radiologists into the Jersey Hospital Radiology Department in January 2024. 

Response

No internal email correspondence could be found in the Government of Jersey’s email system between the Health Minister and members of Health and Community Services’ Executive Leadership Team which meet the request criteria. Therefore, Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

Keyword searches were performed using the search terms ‘radiology’, ‘RCR’ and ‘Royal College of Radiologists’, for the period 13 May 2024 to 24 May 2024 (inclusive), as requested.

For the purposes of this Law, information is held by a public authority if –

(a)     it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or

(b)     it is held by another person on behalf of the authority.​​
