New Healthcare Facilities (NHF) Programme – 1 January 2023 to current date:
The Head of Expenditure for the NHF commenced from 1 January 2023.
As of 31 December 2023, a total of £38.3 million has been spent on the NHF, giving a total expenditure for the OHP and NHF of £122.1 million to that date, £8.5 million of which related to project direct design and professional fees.
The following was paid from inception on 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 for the NHF direct design and professional fees, across the programme of projects:
Design and Professional Fees, including:
- Architect, Landscape Architect, Town and Healthcare Planner
- Multi-disciplinary Engineers
- Construction, Commercial and Project Management Office
- Cost Management and Finance Services
- Operational and Digital Strategies and Design Quality Assurance
- Land Assembly.
Total costs: £ 8.5 million
For the part-year 2024, the expenditure to 31 August 2024 totals £13.7 million. This is all expenditure for the Programme, including acquisitions and physical works. This is a mid-year unaudited figure. The 2024 total audited figure will be published in the Annual accounts.
