Field M19 Change of Use conditions records (FOI)

​Request

Beauvoir Rue de Clos Fallu, St Martin, JE36AA, includes Field M19 on the Jersey Digital Map.  This field has been "Garden" since 1956, and I believe permission was granted that it cease to be agricultural, so by this FOI request, I am asking the Planning Department to advise if they have any record of this change of use.

Response

The information requested is exempt under Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 as this information is accessible through the on-line planning register on www.gov.je.  The register can be accessed using the following link:

Searches relating to specified periods, for example month, can be carried out within the planning register and all applications are marked major or minor.  The register also allows you to view approved and pending cases.
