The allocation of support is fluid throughout an academic year as needs change and mechanisms for support are put in place for individual students.
The totals provided in D under ASC are based on the hours per week at an average grade for teachers and TAs respectively, as of May 2016.
This is multiplied to reflect the cost for an academic year. The totals include the ASCIT team.
The BESD figures are taken from the budgets of those teams and the allocation of BESD funds in the AWPU from source.
The figures include the Well-being Team.
We are unable to provide costings or total hours for ad-hoc teaching support within the school setting.
The data provided include all States of Jersey primary and secondary schools.
