Request
I would like to ask the Economic Development Minister how much public money was spent during the recent investigation into Jersey Post by the JFSC? How much did Jersey Post spend on legal fees as well as in appointing an individual to look into the allegations made by the regulator?

The Government of Jersey do not hold the requested information. Therefore Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied. The Jersey Financial Services Commission may have some of the information requested but it should be noted that they are not a Scheduled public authority for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Law.
