Please provide the number of staff / positions for the Ambulance and Fire Control room from 2014 to the project combining the emergency services control room into “Emergency Services Control Centre”. Please include grading of staff into this figure
Please provide the same data for Police Control Room.
Please provide financial data on overtime paid to staff grades 7 to 11 for the ESCC from January to December 2023 by month breakdown and similarly please provide overtime paid to ESCC staff in 2024 broken down into months.
Please provide financial breakdown of all costs spent on the ESCC project which are non staff costs - to include software, hardware, furniture, desks, uniform and courses (inc travel and accommodation) for the entire period from start of project to date.
Please confirm the KPI’s used to measure success of the ESCC and the results of the ESCC - has this project been successful and provided value for money for the public of Jersey.

The strategic aims of the ESCC programme were to improve the service resilience, increase speed and accuracy of response and to comply with relevant nationally recognised standards. The technology and telephony improvements have enabled specific KPIs to be set and measured consistently.
2025 ESCC Service Performance Measure - percentage of calls answered within 10 Seconds. Target >=90%.
2025 ESCC Service Delivery Measure - Number of emergency calls handled.
