Since the conflict of interest g h e was formed in 2018 during the pre and post election period 

please confirm who was the chief officer of planning in accordance with the Jersey planning law each of the years 2018 19 20 21 22 23 24 and presently

And what other government roles they held during that same period

From 2019 to present the Group Director for Regulation acts as the Chief Planning Officer under the Planning and Building Law.  This is a delegated power through a formalised Chief Officer decision (attached).
