The States Employment Board (SEB) do not have a remuneration board at this time. Employees and CEOs of the States Owned Entities do not come under the remit of SEB.

- The SOEs come under the political responsibility of the Minister for Treasury & Resources ("MTR") in accordance with the Public Finances (Jersey) Law 2019
- In accordance with the Memoranda of Understanding between the MTR and the wholly owned SOEs, changes in the structure and quantum of the remuneration of the CEOs of the wholly-owned SOEs are approved by the MTR.ā€‹
